✩ Start the energy flowing out of your right foot and into the Earth. Imagine the energy creating a half circle under the Earth that arcs back into the left foot. The arc will be about 8 inches under the ground. This is enough to transform the energy, and this will touch zero chakra.
✩ Imagine tree roots coming out of your right foot into the Earth. Imagine tree roots coming from the Earth up into your left foot.
✩ Imagine the Moon underneath your right foo, and the sun under your left. Both the Sun and the Moon will handle the energies for the highest good of all concerned.
✩ Imagine a roaring river flowing out of your right foot and carrying debris with it. Imagine a geyser of pure spring water coming into the bottom of your left foot.
✩ Imagine time flowing out your right foot, and the present connection to NOW flowing up your left.
✩ Imagine a rainbow flowing through your hands and heart. Create the rainbow in metals (each colour of the rainbow, in this exercise, has a metallic value) coming from the Earth and up your left foot. The rainbow leaves the right foot in pure light. In different parts of your body, the rainbow will take on the characteristics of Water, Fire, and Air ( all Elements are represented between entering your right foot and leaving your left)
